I have been a licensed Realtor® for nine years now. My inspiration for entering the industry came from my mother and father, as both worked in the field and sparked my interest in pursuing this career. Regarding my connection to the community, I am deeply involved with the Latino community through my other business, which provides translation, apostille, and notary services. Because of this connection, if someone were new to the city, I would highly recommend exploring our local Latino and Chinese restaurants, as these are my personal favorite cuisines. In terms of my professional approach, I truly value the growth and the diverse range of people I meet in real estate. This career allows me the flexibility to manage my own schedule outside of a traditional office setting, which is essential for staying on top of market trends. My clients would describe me as both patient and direct; I believe in being honest when a situation isn't ideal and ensuring my clients have the most current information. I especially recall a wonderful experience with a buyer who was incredibly proactive and organized, making the entire process a pleasure.
